WinterWyman Executive Search Places the VP of Talent at Monotype

NEW YORK, May 8, 2017 — WinterWyman Executive Search has placed Michelle Kelly-Donohue as Vice President of Talent at Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: TYPE). WinterWyman Executive Search’s Senior Vice President and Partner Beverly Morgan led the search.

As Monotype’s VP of Talent, Kelly-Donohue will be responsible for creating an innovative, robust and results-oriented talent management agenda that encompasses strategies for employment branding, retention, succession planning and engagement. She will also design talent management programs and educate key stakeholders on hiring while assessing current recruiting methods and leading a team of Human Resources professionals located in Massachusetts, New York City and Europe.

Before joining Monotype, Kelly-Donohue was the Vice President of Global Talent Management for Intralinks (NYSE: IL), a global market leader for secure data sharing and enterprise collaboration solutions. Previously, she held postions as the Director of Global Human Resources for ACI Worldwide (NASDAQ: ACIW), the Global Human Resources Business Partner/ Director for Novell (now part of Micro Focus) (LON: MCRO) and the Human Resources Manager of Allied Management Systems in Dublin, Ireland.
