WinterWyman Executive Search Places Director, HR Business Partner – Finance and Shared Services at National Grid

NEW YORK, January 23, 2017 — WinterWyman Executive Search has placed Shivi Singh as Director, HR Business Partner for National Grid’s Brooklyn, NY-based Finance and Shared Services unit. WinterWyman Executive Search’s Senior Vice President and Partner Beverly Morgan led the search.

In her role, Singh will support National Grid’s Global HR business practice by defining the global HR function and collaborating on a plan for delivering specific activities to meet business needs. She will also create and support a high performing team and coach them to leverage strengths as well as identify new solutions to address talent and organizational issues.

Before joining National Grid, Singh was an HR Business Partner for MetLife Insurance’s (NYSE: MET) Global Functions (EMEA, APAC, US). Previously, she was a Business Development / Project Manager for HDEC Entertainment Services, a Human Resources Advisor for the University of Sydney, a Human Resources Business Partner for IAG Limited (ASX: IAG) and a Human Resources Consultant for NCSI Australia. Singh holds her Masters of Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney.
