Wilton & Bain welcomes Jacob Humbert to lead our North American People & Culture Practice

London, UK  30^th September 2025 – Wilton & Bain, a global executive search and interim leadership firm, is delighted to announce the appointment of Jacob Humbert as Partner, leading the North American People & Culture Practice. Jacob will be based in the US and joins the firm’s North American leadership team.

Jacob brings a wealth of experience to Wilton & Bain. Prior to joining, he spent 5.5 years at Jobplex/DHR Global, where he was recognised as a top Partner within the Corporate Functions Practice Group, placing emerging leaders and C-Suite executives worldwide. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of Recruiting and Managing Partner at a boutique executive search firm, leading searches for HR and executive leaders for some of the largest and fastest-growing companies in the United States.

His track record includes successfully executing critical searches for private equity-backed businesses and Fortune 50 organisations across corporate functional areas (HR, Finance, IT) and commercial functions (Sales, Marketing).
