We are pleased to welcome Thorsten Kocherscheidt to MU

Mercuri Urval Group is pleased to announce that Thorsten Kocherscheidt will be joining as Group Director to lead the Frankfurt Office

Thorsten brings more than 30 years of experience in Financial Services in multiple c-suite positions and extensive experience in Executive Search in EMEA. He covers clients globally in the areas of Executive Search, Executive Coaching, Human Capital Management, Leadership, Team Coaching, Organisational Change & Development, Culture Shaping and DE&I.

Thorsten has a strong reputation as a specialist for particularly female and diverse leaders for executive board, NED and senior leadership positions in the global insurance and asset management business. Thorsten joins MU from another global executive search firm where he co-led the insurance practice for Europe & Africa.

Thorsten will continue to develop his client base in the insurance/insurtech, asset management and banking industry practices worldwide. In Thorsten’s own words:

Thorsten Kocherscheidt has lived and worked in Germany, UK, Netherlands, Argentina and the United Arab Emirates. He holds a Diploma in Economics and Business Administration from Hohenheim University, Stuttgart, Germany, an MBA from London Citi University and is PCC accredited Executive Coach as well as Team Coach from the International Coaching Federation. He is fluent in German, English and Spanish.
