NEW YORK, N.Y., July 2018 –  Bridge Partners is excited to share the appointment of two senior executives to the leadership team at Women In Need (Win).

Win (www.winnyc.org), has been transforming the lives of New York City’s homeless families for more than 30 years by providing safe housing, critical services, and ground-breaking programs to help homeless women and their children rebuild their lives and break the cycle of homelessness. In the past year, Win served close to 10,000 homeless people – including nearly 6,000 children – and helped more than 800 families transition out of shelter into homes of their own.

Dr. Darlene William joins as Chief Program Officer, a newly-created executive team position overseeing a significant portfolio of programs including permanent and transitional housing and related services, and introducing best practices that will influence and inform the structure of the organization, decision-making processes, program design and service delivery, within an environment of fast-paced growth.
