Turnkey’s Diana Busino Named To SBJ 2020 “Game Changers: Women in Sports Business”

(Aug. 24, 2020) Turnkey Search’s Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer, Diana Busino, has been selected for the Sports Business Journal 2020 Class of “Game Changers: Women in Sports Business.” The 10th class of Game Changers, these women represent every sector across sports business from teams and leagues, to agencies and sponsors, to technology companies and media outlets. Diana is one of 50 selected in this year’s class, and is one of 392 women to ever win the award.

Diana started with Turnkey Search in 2006 and is the Managing Director of our professional sports and entertainment search practice. She is responsible for day-to-day management of the internal team, including hiring, training and development. She also leads candidate recruitment, internal processes, system development and quality control on behalf of the firm. This includes all aspects of the executive recruiting process as well as staff development/coaching. Furthermore, she has personally completed 250+ searches. Diana is a graduate of Union College, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Organizational Psychology. When asked about this honor, Diana said, “I am incredibly grateful to be selected to the Game Changers Class of 2020.” Diana continued, “To be alongside these tremendous women leaders is a true honor and I’m energized by what we can continue to do to advance women and overall equity within our industry.”
