Turnkey Search Promotes Three Key Team Members

HADDONFIELD, NJ, January 07, 2020 – Turnkey Search is thrilled to announce the promotions of three key members of the company. Diana Busino will now be Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer, while Kyle Brown and Allie Crone have been promoted to Vice President. Busino will continue to report directly to Chairman & CEO, Len Perna, while Brown and Crone will continue to report to Busino.

In addition to her current position of Managing Director, Busino will also take on the role of COO. Busino is responsible for managing all aspects of the executive recruiting process as well as internal business operations. Busino is in her 14th year with Turnkey.

As Vice President, Brown will be at the forefront of executing all revenue-oriented searches that Turnkey leads. Brown is entering his 5th year with the company.

Crone will also be taking on the title of Vice President, serving as the subject matter expert for all marketing and communications-centered searches for Turnkey’s clients. Crone is in her 2nd year with Turnkey after 10 years in the collegiate sector with Rutgers University, Oregon State University and the University of Delaware.

Mark Groark, Vice President, will continue to lead all administrative searches on behalf of Turnkey. Groark is also in his 2nd year with the company following 10 years in executive search with Heidrick & Struggles and Spencer Stuart.
