Having spent the past 15 years in executive search, Shella Abe brings a depth of knowledge and expertise that will help build out True’s retail practice focusing on the fashion, beauty and consumer goods sectors. Most recently Shella worked with founder-led and PE and VC-backed consumer-focused companies including IT Cosmetics, StriVectin, Bliss, Reformation, Marbles: The Brain Store and Chan Luu, amongst others. Prior Shella grew her search career with CTPartners and Heidrick & Struggles. Shella is based out of New York City.
As a veteran C-level executive, David Ives has a wealth of expertise and practical knowledge of senior sales roles. David has served as a chief revenue officer for a variety of marketing and financial tech companies. Most recently, David led NewsCred’s revenue team from 9 to 90 people over two and a half years and participated in three rounds of successful financing totaling $90 million. David is based in True’s Philadelphia office.
