GRAND RAPIDS, MI, March 2018 – Holden Richardson is pleased to announce Troy Price has joined Equipment Consolidation Company [ECC] as Chief Executive Officer. Troy joins ECC from Big Iron Auctions where he served as Vice President of Sales. Previously, Troy served as President of RPM – a Midwest-based CNH dealer group where he led the consolidation of dealerships over a six-year period. Prior to RPM, Troy was with CNH Corporation for six years where he progressed from Vice President, Rental and Asset Management to Vice President, Sales and Marketing for CNH Capital.
Troy started his career with Hertz Equipment Rental, where over a ten-year period he progressed from branch sales to branch management to regional operations manager. His success led to a role with Holt CAT as Vice President and General Manager of Holt Rental Services – a business he started from scratch and grew quickly to $22 million over a two-year period. When Holt exited the business as part of a strategic realignment, Troy joined GE Power Generation as Vice President, North American Operations, GE Energy Rental.
Troy earned his BS in Business Management from Indiana State.
Troy will work out of Grand Equipment – Blackford Capital’s first acquisition in this space, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He brings to the role a strong background in new and used equipment sales, service and parts revenue management, short- and long-term equipment leasing and a strong experience base in working with independent dealers throughout the country.
Troy started with Grand and Equipment Consolidation in March 2018.
