CHICAGO (Feb. 16, 2021) ― TreeHouse Foods, a leading manufacturer and distributor of private label packaged foods and beverages, has appointed Pilar Peraset as Senior Director, Communications, Culture and Engagement. Hanold Associates’ Ashley Schiele and Sonia Nagra led the search.
Peraset comes to TreeHouse from Campbell Soup Company where she held various communications leadership roles, increasing in responsibility over her 10-year tenure. In the newly created role of Senior Director, Communications, Culture and Engagement at TreeHouse, Peraset will be responsible for creating and driving an integrated culture and engagement strategy. Reporting directly to Chief Talent Officer Betsey Strobl and partnering closely with the Executive Leadership Team, she will shape how the company connects and relates to current and prospective employees.
