tms Appoints Senior Director, Global HR Operations from Search by Hanold Associates

tms has appointed LaTasha Lewis as Senior Director, Global HR Operations. Hanold Associates’ Sarah Kennedy-Sulahry and Sonia Nagra led the Chicago based search.

As Senior Director of Global HR Ops, LaTasha will work across tms, Havi and Stanley to transform HR delivery around the world. LaTasha will focus on building upon the existing function to create a cohesive strategy with a consistent framework across the global organization. In this role, LaTasha will report to Chief People Officer Preet Michelson. Prior to joining tms, LaTasha served as Director, People Services & Experiences at Discover Financial Services.
