Tingley Rubber Corporation Adds Anita Allen To The Board

NEW YORK, July 28, 2016 — Tingley Rubber Corporation, a world leader in the manufacture of Personal Protection & Equipment (PP&E) for use in harsh and/or hazardous environments, has nominated and elected Anita Allen, as an independent board director. Epsen Fuller Group led the search for the appointment of a new director that would bring diversity of thought and a strong financial background.

Founder & CEO of Allen Advisory Group, a boutique management consultancy, Anita formerly was a consulting partner at KPMG, a ‘Big Four’ professional services firm, where she was a practice leader with P&L responsibility driving product development and revenue in services including World Class Finance and Global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions across several industry sectors.

Allen currently serves on the Board of Directors of Currant, Inc., a technology startup platform and is Director and Treasurer of National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) New Jersey Chapter. She is an active member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA), Executive Women of New Jersey (EWNJ), and the Women’s President Organization (WPO). She is a former trustee and Past President of the Board of The Center for Hope and Safety and currently serves on the Advisory Board of YWCA Bergen County.
