The Inclusive Culture Pledge 2020: Our Commitment to Building an Inclusive Culture

Wilton & Bain has joined leading companies from a range of sectors and industries in signing the Inclusive Culture Pledge in 2020, an initiative managed by diversity consultancy The EW Group.

Our Pledge:

‘In 2020, we will build an inclusive culture by improving multicultural inclusion and gender diversity within the workplace.’

Diversity and inclusion in the workplace is becoming increasingly important for both employers and employees. Research has shown that diverse and inclusive businesses are:

  • 35% more likely to financially outperform their industry nation average
  • 8 x more likely to be innovative and agile
  • 3 x more likely to be high-performing
  • 67% Job Hunters now consider a diverse workforce as an important factor when considering job offers.

By signing up to the Pledge, we will have the support of the EW Group, a specialist in diversity and inclusion. Throughout the year, Wilton & Bain employees can receive support in the following areas:

• Transform and upskill: The building blocks towards an inclusive culture
