Tenneco Appoints Executive Director of Global Benefits from Search by Hanold Associates

CHICAGO (Dec. 16, 2020) ― Tenneco, one of the world’s leading automotive designers, manufacturers and marketers, has appointed Melinda Grosskopf as Executive Director of Global Benefits. Hanold Associates’ Kile Hanold and Sonia Nagra led the search.

Grosskopf comes to Tenneco from L3 Harris Technologies where she served as Vice President of Employee Benefits, overseeing benefit programs and policies for the large aerospace defense company. Reporting to Tenneco’s Vice President of Total Rewards, Melinda will set the overall strategy for benefits programs across the company. This includes responsibility for overall enterprise leadership for conceptualization, strategies, program development, implementation, communications and administration of all benefits in the Americas (United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina) in support of the company’s value proposition and regulatory compliance.
