Tech Driven Construction Company, Katerra, Retained Frederickson Partners for Their Head of Global Shared Services and Global Head of Talent Acquisition roles.

Katerra has partnered with Frederickson Partners for their Head of Global Shared Services and Head of Global Talent Acquisition searches. Kelly Martin will lead the search for the two Arizona based roles.

Headquartered in Menlo Park, Katerra is a technology company looking to redefine the multi-trillion-dollar construction industry. Their software platform integrates the entire building lifecycle onto one platform, streamlining the construction process driving productivity. The company was founded in 2015 and within 5 years has expanded to 8 other locations within the United States – with an international office in the Greater Bengaluru Area in India. Their global team includes leaders in design, software and building engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and construction. With $1.2B in funding over seven rounds, some of the company’s most notable investors include Softbank Vision Fund, Greenoaks Capital, RiverPark Venture, and Four Score Capital.

The Head of Global Shared Services will be in charge of constructing a comprehensive and efficient HR shared services function, leading the team and building processes that will allow the function to scale in size and geography. Under them, this person will lead a team of over 20 individuals across the US, Saudi Arabia and India.

The Head of Global Talent will be charged with creating the talent strategy as Katerra continues its rapid expansion. They will lead a team of over 15 professionals globally to build a world class talent function, developing processes and strategies that will allow the talent function to scale in size, geography, complexity and expertise as the company does.
