March 28, 2019 – Strawn Arnold & Associates (SAA), a premier provider of executive search to the healthcare and life science industries, is pleased to announce the appointment of industry executive, Patricia Bradley as Executive Vice President. Patricia brings more than 25 years of diverse pharmaceutical and biotech industry experience ranging from industrial engineering, sales, marketing and market access for both start-ups and large industry leaders. Patricia will be responsible for leading SAA’s Women in Healthcare Leadership activities.

Prior to joining SAA, Patricia held senior leadership positions as Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Sales, respectively, at Novo Nordisk. She has substantial launch experience, including building a successful clinical education function from the ground up, transforming it into a thriving business unit with more than 300+ employees. The team has been recognized as best in class within the industry and held national recognition through the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). Prior to Novo Nordisk, Patricia held positions of increasing responsibility at United Parcel Service, Syntex Laboratories and Neuromedical Systems. Patricia currently sits on the board for The Mentoring Place, a grassroots organization focused on assisting women in accelerating their career development. In addition, she has been recognized amongst her peers from the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) as an HBA Rising Star, HBA Luminary and previously, sat on the board of Healthcare Businesswoman’s Association (HBA) Metro Chapter. She received her BS with a dual major in Business Economics and Political Science from The State University of New York at Oneonta and completed her MBA at Wagner College in New York.
