As an executive search professional with years of experience, he has successfully conducted a number of C-level and senior leadership search assignments for large, mid-sized and emerging enterprises across a variety of industries. He is also a member of the firm’s advanced technology, industrial, consumer, professional services, and financial services practice groups.
In addition to his background in executive search, Mr. Agarwal also has experience as an executive in operations, which leads to his unique ability to properly vet candidates ensuring that they are a cultural fit with organizations.
In the past, Mr. Agarwal has spoken on gender diversity and was a panelist on the discussion “Road to Executive Leadership for Women Leaders” at the Grace Hopper Conference in Bangalore, 2012.
