Search Solution Group Relocates Charlotte Corporate Headquarters

CHARLOTTE, NC, June 4, 2015 — Search Solution Group, the nation’s premier Headhunting and Executive Search Firm, has officially relocated its corporate headquarters. The Charlotte, N.C. based company, with additional offices in Buffalo, N.Y. and Baltimore, M.D., has moved its office in Charlotte to South Boulevard. The new address is 2201 South Blvd., Suite 300 Charlotte, NC 28203.

The company moved its headquarters from Buffalo, N.Y to Charlotte, N.C. in 2004. In 2012, the company established its headquarters at 1310 South Tryon, and had 3 employees that worked on recruiting in the HR, Accounting/Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations industries. The company remained at this location for 2.5 years, and began to focus more on headhunting and executive searches in these industries, as well as in the Sales, Marketing, Life Sciences and IT industries. At present, SSG has 22 employees and has implemented a large internship program, incurring a growth in revenue by 125 percent from 2013 to 2014, and adding a substantial amount of loyal clients to the business.

Moving to 2201 South Boulevard will provide the additional space necessitated by the organization’s 600 percent internal employee growth within the last calendar year. When the time came to look for a larger space, the company chose to keep their corporate headquarters in the Charlotte to take advantage of the ever-growing market, exceptional cost of living, and the influx of companies and professionals to this area.

With 6,000 square feet of office space located in the historic South End area, the new location allows the opportunity for even more expansion. There is room to accommodate more than 15 additional employees, and the company plans to add one new employee every 45 days. The new facility has large areas dedicated to their executive recruiters, sales personnel and marketing team, all with spectacular views of the Charlotte skyline.
