Safelite AutoGlass Names Regional Head of People from Search Led by Hanold Associates

Safelite AutoGlass has named Evelyn Jones as Regional Head of People, based in Texas. Hanold Associates’ Ashley Schiele and Katrina Prospero led the search.

Evelyn Jones comes to Safelite from Sally Beauty and Victoria’s Secret Stores where she held various HR leadership positions. Reporting to the AVP of People at Safelite, Ms. Jones will partner with the business and People and Leadership Development (PLD) team to drive the people strategy and all issues related to organizational design, talent management, performance management and workforce planning in the region. In this newly created role, she will lead and support the People Business Partner teams, business leaders, and field management teams to ensure the company maintains effective and aligned associate relations across all Southeast locations.
