With a recruiting background that spans multiple sectors — including Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, and Marketing — William brings a well-rounded perspective to every search. His tenure at Soni sharpened his ability to identify and connect exceptional talent with the right opportunities, and he has built a strong reputation for delivering results across a wide range of industries.
A Fort Wayne, Indiana native, William earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Ball State University and now calls Nashville home. Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
