Vincent Romano

With twelve years’ dedicated human resources recruitment experience in Asia, Vincent joined Elliott Scott HR in April 2012 as the first employee in Singapore and currently manages the Singapore office. He recruits for senior HR positions across all industries and HR functions across South East Asia, with a focus on senior appointment in Singapore.

Prior to Elliott Scott HR, Vincent worked for Robert Walters Hong Kong where he successfully set up the Human Resources and Secretarial teams before transferring to the Singapore office in 2009.

Additionally, Vincent has nine years inhouse human resources experience with Prudential in Hong Kong and UK and was a pioneer in establishing the “PruUniversity” .
