Victoria Geis serves as Principal at Pyramind LLC, and brings a unique blend of executive search expertise and human capital innovation to the firm. With over 20 years of experience spanning retained search, HR leadership, and organizational development, Victoria excels at building trusting relationships with clients that result in impactful organizational changes.

Her dual perspective as both search consultant and HR leader enables her to identify authentic leadership potential that aligns with clients’ strategic direction and organizational culture. Victoria leverages her distinctive background in both executive search and human resources leadership to connect visionary organizations with transformative talent.

Known for her compassionate approach, creative problem-solving, and unwavering integrity, Victoria brings both analytical rigor and emotional intelligence to every client engagement. Her commitment to meeting organizations where they are while helping them envision where they could go makes her an invaluable partner in navigating today’s complex leadership challenges.

Prior to joining Pyramind in 2024, Victoria spent a decade as a Divisional Human Capital Business Partner at the American Institutes for Research (AIR), where she provided strategic guidance in organizational development, succession planning, and leadership coaching. She has served in HR and recruitment capacities across industries, including roles at Ogilvy Public Relations, The Auburn School, MetaMorphix, and CBIZ.

She serves as Board Chair for Broad Futures, an organization creating paid internships for neurodivergent young adults. Victoria holds a degree in Theater from the University of Mary Washington.
