Adam holds a BA in English Literature from Mary Washington University, an MBA in Organizational Development from Johns Hopkins University, and an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. He is certified in many assessments including Hogan, Leadership Circle, EQi, and DiSC, and also conducts stakeholder and behavioral interviews upon request.
