Veronica S. Harvey, PhD, is an industrial organizational psychologist who has partnered with hundreds of organizations to translate organizational strategy into talent management and leadership development processes. She has a passion for helping leaders exponentially impact their own organizations by developing their own learning habits and the acumen to create a pipeline of other leaders.
She brings more than 25 years of experience in leadership assessment and development, designing and implementing processes for developing leaders. Veronica is a strong advocate for the science of executive development, using data and evidence to support leadership solutions for senior executives.
Veronica’s focus is on increasing organizational effectiveness through competency modeling, talent and organizational assessment, identification of high-potential leaders, leadership development and succession planning.
She spent 18 years as a Partner in the Leadership Services Practice with Aon Hewitt, where she directed and executed large-scale, high-impact talent management initiatives in Fortune 500 companies. Her clients have included Johns Hopkins, MD Anderson Cancer Center, St. Francis Health System, BNSF Railway, Dell Computer, ExxonMobil, United Airlines, FedEx and many others. She is a frequent conference speaker and has been published in journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, HRMagazine and Personnel Psychology.
Veronica earned a doctorate in industrial organizational psychology, a master’s in counseling psychology and a bachelor’s degree in psychology, all from Iowa State University.
