Jeff Parker is an experienced recruiter and talent advisor with nearly 20 years of broad-based experience in healthcare.

He partners with healthcare organizations to help them recruit, develop and retain top-tier talent for a variety of non-profit and for-profit organizations, including multi-state integrated delivery systems, provider-sponsored health plans, post-acute and hospice facilities, and healthcare associations and societies.

Jeff is a trusted advisor and consultant to his clients. He serves as a healthcare specialist of executive talent with a heavy emphasis on C-suite positions across all functional areas. He has conducted searches on a national level in a variety of organizations with varying degrees of scale and complexity. He is experienced and comfortable working in a wide range of cultures, from Fortune 500 companies to independent community hospitals.

Clients appreciate Jeff’s ability to synchronize with search committees and boards to accurately calibrate leadership assessment for optimal fit with their most vital executive hires. He leads client searches with a consultative, hands-on approach at both a tactical and strategic level. His leadership style is focused on quality, efficiency and being a true partner to his clients.

He holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English, History and Education. Jeff obtained his AHIP Certification in Healthcare Management from America’s Health Insurance Plans and earned a Certificate in Servant-Leadership from the Greenleaf Center for Servant-Leadership. He is also certified in Hogan profile assessments and has attended leadership summits for continual professional development.
