Ulrike Klöffel

Ulrike spent her early career in the corporate legal field after graduating from Freie Universität Berlin with a law degree, followed by a Masters (Hons) in English Literature from Leiden University, The Netherlands.

On moving to London, she began a career as a research and delivery consultant in executive search, starting at Russell Reynolds in 2005 for two years and another two years at Heidrick & Struggles where she facilitated senior hires in the IT and biotech/life sciences sector. Subsequently she worked for start-ups and boutique search firms in various sectors, spanning life sciences/pharma, media, construction, software, professional services and IT.

A native German, Ulrike speaks three languages fluently (English, Dutch, German) and is interested in complementary health, art and travelling.
