After graduating from the University of Newcastle, Martin entered the recruitment and search industry in 1997 and has been working in it ever since. By the age of thirty, Martin was the London Director of a US based recruitment business with responsibility for over twenty staff, with annual billings in excess of £5 million.
In recent years Martin worked for an independent recruitment firm which had a focus on retained and executive search within the financial services sector, leading their growth in South East Asia. From 2012 Martin has been placing both researchers and fee-earners in the UK, North America and Asia including China, Japan and Hong Kong.
He is looking to bring this experience to bear whilst developing the unique concept that is Trinity Scott: careers advisory services exclusive to researchers working in the retained, executive search industry.
