Tomilee Tilley is the Founder and President of Executives Unlimited, a premier provider of retained executive search services. This year, Forbes named Executives Unlimited as one of America’s Best Recruiting Firms in addition to being honored yearly as a Top Retained Executive Search Firm by The Los Angeles Business Journal since 2006.

After a successful career as a commercial banking and financial services executive, Tomilee transitioned to the Executive Search field and became the Managing Director for IMCOR. Her exceptional knowledge of operations and customer service skills quickly earned her a nationally recognized reputation in the executive search community. After the sale of IMCOR, Tomilee founded Executives Unlimited in 2001 with her former IMCOR colleagues and continued her commitment to excellence in executive recruiting.

Today, Tomilee serves as a coach and mentor to her firm, as well as their clients. A trusted senior financial advisor to her clients, she helps companies define how they envision their goals, and examines all aspects of her client company’s operations, laying the groundwork for a successful search process. Guided by her strategic acumen, Tomilee leads the Executives Unlimited team, utilizing her extensive skills to advise companies in qualifying, selecting, and engaging executives.
