Tom Wilson

Tom Wilson is an internationally recognized thought leader in human resources (HR) management and retained executive search, with almost three decades of experience. A Fulbright Scholar with an M.A. from the University of Toronto and a B.A. from Penn State, Tom started his professional career in retained executive search with Sullivan & Company, now a part of Heidrick & Struggles. Before joining Frederickson in 2018, Tom held senior executive roles in global talent acquisition and human resources for some of the top companies in the financial services industry.

At Frederickson Partners, a Gallagher company, he leads the executive search practice, and has worked closely with CEOs and Boards of leading biotechnology, high-tech, and Fortune 500 companies to determine HR requirements and complete key HR leadership searches, including work with Alphabet, Intel, Northwestern Mutual, StockX, Qualtrics, Interactive Brokers, Mozilla, ServiceNow, Kraken, Ford, Samsung, Mars, Rakuten, and Heath Equity, among other organizations.

Tom contributes as an HR subject matter expert for a variety of industry publications. He is known for strategic leadership abilities, global expertise across a variety of industries, building strong partnerships, big-picture planning, and spot-on execution.

Tom is married to Barbara, a consultant in the pharmaceutical industry.
