Steven Y. Raz

Steve co-founded Cornerstone Search Group in 2000 and he is a Managing Partner of the firm.

He started his career in the Executive Search & Recruitment industry in 1997 with a national specialty search & recruitment firm.

Steve has successfully led our firm’s Executive Search efforts for many small to large multi-billion dollar international pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients to fill their positions in multiple business and functional areas, in levels ranging from Director / Senior Director / Executive Director / Vice President / Senior Vice President / C-Level and Board of Directors.

Prior to his starting his career in the Executive Search industry, Steven worked as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for KPMG, which is one of the “Big 4” Professional Service Firms. Steven is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, where he was awarded a BS degree
