Sheila Greco is founder and President of SGA Talent, a certified minority owned premier recruiting and recruitment research firm. Committed to performance, quality and results, Ms. Greco is a proven leader with over 30 years of recruiting experience. In addition to managing the firm, she leads the firm’s engagements for senior level positions for many of the company’s long-standing clients, with a particular expertise in professional services, healthcare, consumer packaged goods and manufacturing.
As an industry expert, she has developed trusted relationships with talent acquisition leaders and human resources at Fortune 1000, start-ups, as well as emerging growth companies. Sheila has earned a reputation as someone who delivers as an “honest and transparent partner.”
Previously, Sheila spent several years with Goodrich & Sherwood, an executive search company in New York City and Greenwich, Connecticut. She began her career as a research associate and ascended quickly, ultimately becoming a Director of Executive Search, specializing in consumer packaged goods marketing and sales. An alumna of Hartwick College,
Sheila received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics. She continues to give back by volunteering her time to Hartwick students on topics such as internships, interviewing, and the creation of their LinkedIn profiles. She is a member of the National Association of Executive Females, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), SCIP (Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals), Women in Technology International, and participated in many events sponsored by the New York State Special Olympics. She is a frequent speaker and contributor on the issues of human resources, recruiting and talent management.
