Sarah Issner

Sarah Issner is the vice president of client development and management at Business Talent Group (BTG), a Heidrick & Struggles on-demand talent company.

Sarah oversees the commercial organization focused on both new and existing clients.

Prior to joining BTG, Sarah held numerous commercial leadership roles within the professional services industry–from building and leading key accounts teams to overseeing some of her previous employers’ most prestigious client relationships.

She spent her early career in healthcare consulting, primarily in the post-acute care space, and she helped establish BTG’s healthcare services offering. Most recently, she works with clients across Fortune 500 companies in various industries, private equity firms, and their portfolio companies.
