Robin Noftall

Based in British Columbia, Robin is a Principal at Griffith Group. She brings deep and diverse experience in executive search. Robin’s search experience comes from a variety of sectors across the broader public sector including non-profit, education, healthcare, government, and Indigenous Nations/Governments. Prior to joining Griffith Group, Robin was employed at a national executive search firm, and supported both the Vancouver and Edmonton offices. With two decades of recruitment experience and a strong work ethic, Robin focuses on building long lasting relationships and takes pride in supporting both clients and candidates.

Robin holds an Honors Bachelor’s degree from Lakehead University and two certificates in teaching English as a Second Language, with a specialization in teaching Business English. She is also certified in FOIPPA, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), Indigenous Awareness, and Intercultural Communication.
