As a Partner with Griffith Group, Marc brings a depth of experience both in executive search and talent & culture strategy. Prior to joining Griffith Group, Marc spent the last several years as the Vice-President, People for both 365 Cannabis and Akerna Corp. There he was responsible for building and executing their People & Culture strategies, with a heavy focus in talent acquisition, talent management, culture and I-EDIA. His approach to culture led to a reduction in employee turnover from >30% to 6% in 3 years.
Prior to those experiences, Marc gained extensive search experience as an Engagement Manager with Odgers Berndtson and later as an independent consultant. Marc combines his hands on experience leading the HR function with his extensive leadership search experience to help Griffith Group’s clients find effective leadership talent with a strong focus on cultural fit.
