Rick Maier

Rick Maier is a Partner with Gilman Partners and specializes in C-suite searches across all disciplines with a particular focus on those related to Finance and Operations.

In 2012, Rick joined Gilman Partners from Snap Vector Consulting, where he advised privately-held companies on finance, operational and product pricing issues and provided coaching to executives. Prior to that Rick served as CFO for a global manufacturer of branded products and also enjoyed a long career with a large regional bank in such diverse roles as CFO, Ohio/Kentucky Regional Manager and Leveraged Finance Group VP.

Rick earned his undergraduate degree at The Ohio State University and Masters of Management at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also earned his CPA certification. Rick serves on the advisory board of The Malibu Group and is an active member and former president of the Association for Corporate Growth.
