Rachel Lay

As a recruiter and member of the retail insurance practice team, Rachel has a real passion for investing in people. With a background working in P&C and benefits insurance, she brings real-world experience that enables her to truly connect with candidates.

She previously worked for Gallagher in client service and account manager roles, as well as for Morgan Stanley as a risk analyst. In addition, she earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of Utah.

As a Salt Lake City native, in her free time, Rachel enjoys reading, hiking and exploring outdoors, camping and traveling, checking out new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends in the area.
