Megan Carpenter

As the team’s Marketing Specialist, Megan combines creativity, strategy, and a focus on people to create
marketing tools, messaging, and branding to help the company reach the right clients and candidates.

She has previously worked in the recruiting field in both candidate-facing and recruitment marketing
roles, and in content marketing and website design functions for a career branding business.

Before that, Megan earned bachelor’s degrees in marketing and in accounting from Grace College and
worked in the public and private accounting industries.

Born and raised in the Midwest, Megan currently lives in Chattanooga, Tennessee, with her significant
other and her big gray horse. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking & camping, learning new
languages, traveling, horse riding, trying out all the coffee shops, and spending time with family and
friends.
