R. Todd Bennett focuses on recruiting senior executives across business sectors in private, private equity and venture-backed enterprises.

Todd’s 25+ years of direct industry and consulting experience have given him real acumen in the areas of strategy, operations, technology and finance. This hands-on experience, along with his track record of consistent and quantifiable accomplishment, make him extremely well-placed to help companies build effective leadership teams.

Prior to joining the executive search industry, Todd was a hands-on executive with a history of creating and executing strategies that increased enterprise value, improved customer relations, reduced operating costs, and led to successful exits. His last two endeavors led to exit opportunities of 7X and 8X EBITDA, 50% higher than industry norms.

Todd’s early career was spent as a strategy consultant, he became a partner at Oliver Wyman, and also spent 4 years at technology leader Accenture. He has led high value strategy consulting engagements on four continents and created billions of dollars of value for a global list of clients. He began his career as an auditor at KPMG in New York.

Todd earned a BS in accounting from the State University of New York at Albany, is a Certified Public Accountant and has an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
