Peter Dubner is an Executive Advisor with extensive experience helping senior executives achieve successful career outcomes. His expertise spans multiple career disciplines – from strategy development to campaign execution to onboarding.  He has worked with executives from a wide range of industries (consumer, financial services, technology, healthcare, industrial, and professional services) and multiple functional disciplines (general management, marketing, sales, finance, technology, human resources, operations, legal, and communications).

Earlier, Peter was SVP and Chief Marketing Officer for GE Real Estate, a then $40B commercial finance business. Prior to that, he held executive positions in general management, marketing, operations, and finance in a number of GE’s industrial, consumer, and financial services businesses. Peter is also co-inventor of the Job Search Diagnostic™, a unique, Patent Pending expert system to help professionals and executives in transition speed their search.

He holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University and is a graduate of a number of GE management development programs including GE’s Financial Management Program.
