Mary Green

An Executive Advisor, Mary Green works with Crenshaw’s clients in career transition, including those interested in building a non-traditional “portfolio career”. She also coaches executives in building stronger leadership skills in their current roles.

She consults with HR executives, management teams, and senior-level executives on a wide range of HR-related issues including talent selection, OnBoarding, leadership effectiveness, and long-range career planning. Mary’s corporate background includes senior communications and corporate spokesperson roles at Swiss Reinsurance, Reader’s Digest, and Champion International.

Mary graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. and an M.A. in Communications.
