Paul Cleckner, J.D.

Throughout his career, Paul Cleckner has been focused on guiding organizations through transformational change so they can be leaders within their industries for multiple generations. He has served in senior operating roles at Standard & Poor’s, Deloitte, LifePoint Health and Saint Thomas Health.

Having senior-level operating experience across multiple industries has uniquely prepared Paul for serving our clients. He relies on that experience to help clients as they build out winning strategies and develop the depth and breadth of leadership required to successfully execute their strategy.

As a Managing Director, Paul works with senior leadership teams across the country in helping them design, build and develop high-performing leadership teams and organizations so they can accelerate growth, achieve sustained success, and better serve their employees and communities.

Paul is a graduate of Trevecca University and The University of Tennessee College of Law. He and his wife Jenny live in downtown Nashville, and are blessed with three kids and six grandkids.
