Diane Fennig, Ph.D.

Diane serves as a passionate architect at the intersection of opportunities and talent. She brings to her work in Executive Search more than 25 years of career development and management experience in university environments. Diane joined The Human Capital Group in 2009, where she enjoys incorporating her network and keen insights about people to find the talent for her partners in Search. She embodies the motto, we make a difference in your business – by doing things differently in ours.

Diane has enjoyed serving the Western Association of College and University Business Officers and the Business Management Institute over the past eight years as both a speaker and a coach. She has also been active in several associations, including the Southern Association of College and University Business Officers, Forte Foundation, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), SHRM-Atlanta and the YMCA. Each of these groups continues to seek out Diane’s assistance in strengthening and growing their talent.

Diane has earned degrees from Marquette University, Miami University and the University of South Carolina as foundations for her role as career connector and educator. She also serves a guest blogger for SHRM in the areas of recruitment, retention, employee satisfaction and gratitude. Diane makes Atlanta her home and is proudest of her title of Auntie.
