Patricia Paul

Patricia Paul is a Co-Founder of CrossdalePaul LLC, a boutique legal recruiting firm. Before co-founding CrossdalePaul, Patricia was a Managing Director at a leading legal search firm in New York City for seven years. She has placed attorneys and compliance professionals at all levels.

Prior to becoming a legal search consultant, Patricia was a Litigation Associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, and had also practiced public interest law and employment law. She graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, and graduated magna cum laude from Barnard College with an undergraduate degree in psychology.

Patricia is a co-chair of the New York chapter of the Harvard Law School Women’s Alliance, a board member of the Harvard Law School Association of New York, and a vice president at large of the Harvard Law School Association. She has spoken about in-house practice, career development, and the legal market on panels at Harvard Law School, the Princeton Club, the Harvard Club, and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. She also writes and speaks about technology, including Future of Work, Personal Data, and Automation & Employment.
