Carol Crossdale

Carol Crossdale is a Co-Founder of CrossdalePaul LLC, a boutique legal recruiting firm. Carol leads in-house searches for legal and compliance professionals of all levels across a wide range of industries. She also partners with law firms to source and retain top talent.

After graduating from Harvard Law School, Carol joined Davis Polk as a Corporate Associate. She then moved in-house to PepsiCo, Inc., where she provided legal support for various corporate transactions, and later became Senior Counsel, supporting the company’s beverage businesses in Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to co-founding CrossdalePaul, Carol was a Managing Director at a leading legal search firm in New York City for ten years.

In addition to her law degree, Carol holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Hunter College. She currently serves as a Co-Chair of the New York Chapter of the Harvard Law Women’s Alliance and Chair of the Hunter College Pre-Law Advisory Board. She is also a Member of the Board of the Harvard Law School Association of New York City.

Carol is a native of the island of Jamaica. She is an avid traveler, and her favorite destinations include Cappadocia, Havana, Machu Picchu, Petra, Tuscany, The Masai Mara and Victoria Falls.
