Neysa Dillon-Brown Joins Diversified Search as Managing Director in Healthcare Practice Group

PHILADELPHIA, June 22, 2015 — Diversified Search, one of the nation’s top ten executive search firms, has announced that Neysa Dillon-Brown has joined the firm’s Atlanta office as Managing Director in the Healthcare Practice. An experienced and highly respected search consultant with broad and deep national relationships with senior executives and emerging leaders in healthcare systems around the country; she has an impressive portfolio of clients in the academic, healthcare delivery, association and community hospital sectors.  Dillon-Brown has a track record of identifying, cultivating and matching leaders in dynamic and complex environments while also providing top notch service to her clients which have been instrumental in securing new and repeat business. As a Managing Director in the Healthcare Practice she plans on building on her ten years in executive search by partnering with academic medical centers, health care systems and national health networks to place talented and diverse leaders.

For the past ten years Dillon-Brown has been with the Desir Group LLC, a national search firm, most recently serving as the President, Executive Search Practice. Previously she spent five years with the Institute for Diversity in Health Management, an AHA affiliate, and SUNY Health Science Center of Brooklyn.  She also served as a Senior Consultant with the Center for Diversity in Health Research, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Foundation and Pro Health Inc., a healthcare consulting firm.  She began her career at what is now known as Trinity Health in Michigan.

Dillon-Brown graduated with a BA in Psychology, cum laude, from Spelman College and has a Masters in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan, School of Public Health where she served as chair of the Alumni Board of Governors.  A deep commitment to improving the healthcare of communities and has consequently served on a number of community Boards and is also active in her professional associations previously serving on the Board of the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE), including President, Atlanta Chapter of NAHSE, and the local Regent’s Advisory Council (Georgia Association of Healthcare Executives) for the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and a member of the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA).
