Matt C’de Baca

As a Managing Director within the global technology sector practice based in San Francisco Matt will help us accelerate the build of our Americas business and support our global go to market efforts as we grow our coverage in this sector.

Matt brings 15 years experience in recruitment and executive leadership with some of the most successful companies in technology. Matt has held executive recruiting leadership roles as a consultant & operator for global firms like Hewlett Packard, Rackspace & SunPower.

In 2016, Matt joined Renaissance Leadership as a Partner and Managing Director to support the transformation of the executive search function into a more holistic discipline that combines leadership and development with executive placement. In 2020, Matt was promoted to Managing Partner for North America.

Matt is married with 3 children – Maggie, 8; Jordan, 7; Jack, 3. They are his biggest fans, his most honest critics and his greatest source of joy!
