Christopher Smailes
Managing Director
Christopher joined Sheffield Haworth in 2014 and is a Managing Director within the Asset Management practice.
Previously, he was a partner and ran the Asset Management practice for a leading search firm for eight years. Christopher has extensive experience conducting leadership, investment and distribution searches within the traditional and alternative Asset Management sectors, as well as advising on succession and talent planning.
He began his executive recruiting career in 2002 and has worked with investment management clients in North America, Europe and Asia.
