Lucrecia Guerrero

Lucrecia Guerrero is an Engagement Manager in Alder Koten’s office in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. Lucrecias’ work focuses on helping clients acquire leadership talent through a combination of research, executive search, cultural & leadership assessment, and other talent advisory services. Prior experience in executive search includes managing the research department at Korn Ferry International – Mexico. She has performed search work in the consumer products, restaurant and hospitality, automotive, construction, financial services and transportation industries.

Her professional experience also includes positions in client services, personnel services and IT consulting with ArcaContinental and ASSA. Lucrecia earned a master’s degree in Counseling from the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela and a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Engineering from the Instituto Technologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
