Jorge Davalos

Jorge Davalos is Managing Partner in Alder Koten. Jorge’s work focuses on helping clients acquire, develop and transition leadership talent through a combination of research, executive search, cultural & leadership assessment, and other talent advisory services.

Prior to joining Alder Koten, Jorge was a partner with Amrop. He has performed work in multiple industries and clients. His professional experience also includes various leadership positions in strategy and business consulting with Deloitte, Vision Consulting, Ltd. and Business Design Associates.

Jorge completed the Global Executive MBA program at IESE Business School and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. He is US, British and Mexican citizen, fluent in English and Spanish. He splits his time between US and Mexico
