Laura Thomas

Laura has a diverse background in Executive Search, B2B Sales and Community Involvement. At Anderson & Associates, Laura provides search consulting services to most industries including manufacturing, consumer products, distribution and professional services.

She has successfully completed searches for C-suite executives and leaders in a variety of functions including finance, human resources, sales, marketing, and operations. Searches have been conducted for public and private businesses from start-up companies to multi-billion dollar corporations. Laura began her career working for a textile machine manufacturer in Germany.

Upon returning to the U.S. she became a top sales representative in the apparel manufacturing and barcoding industries. She worked with clients to automate processes and meet customer compliance standards. Her clients included name brand manufacturers. While her children were school age, Laura helped create and run a charter school with 1100 students in grades K-12. She served as Vice Chair of the Board, and as an employee she organized and led community support and fund raising.
